Notes

[NI0003] Appears to be living with Grandmother in 1860.

[NI0041] Shown as Windred K living with a Ball family but her birth in Va and similarity to Mildred makes me think this is the same person.

[NI0042] 1860 shows John living in the household of his mom and step father.

[NI0091] Not living with the rest of the family in 1860.

[NI0136] Twin to Sarah

[NI0137] Twin to Soloman

[NI0235] She was living with what appears to be a grandchild in 1860 so I will assume his father is her son.

[NI0251] History of Benton County
RELIGION.

Billingsley congregation of Cumberland Presbyterians was organized some time about 1850, and for many years was
known as Mount Zion Church. Among the first members were G. B. Nolen and wife, Merritt Baker and wife, Nancy
Stevenson, John Billingsley and Miriam Dodson. The elders were John Billingsley, G. B. Nolen and Merritt Baker. Until
the Civil War the congregation was under the care of Rev. Ambrose Williams, and since that time it has been chiefly
supplied by B. F. Totten, J. T. Molloy and F. R. Earle.
