Mass of Christian Burial for Lula Mae Hartney, 79, who died Thursday, will be held at 10 AM Monday at St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church in Lake Elsinore. Burial will follow at Elsinore Valley Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 PM tomorrow at Evans-Brown Mortuary and a rosary will be said at 8 PM tomorrow.
Mrs. Hartney was born in Virginia and had worked as a hospital midwife for 17 years. She came to Lake Elsinore 12 years ago.
She is survived by her husband, Elmer of Lake Elsinore; three sons, Garrett of Fullerton, Thomas of Massachusetts and Elmer Jr. of Lake Elsinore; a daughter Juanita Wingard of Ohio; two brothers David Yates and Walt Yates, both of Virginia; two sisters, Ollie Simms and Goldie Long, both of Virginia, and eight grandchildren.
